Fresh Carrott & Apple juice today…i am so addicted its too delish!

P90x cookies! 2ripe bananas,1cup oats,dark choc chips,heaping spoon natural PB..mix,bake @350 for 15-20 min I love these!!!

my first week i have done really well eating super clean! heading into day 8 my sweet tooth was starting to kick in so i whipped these up and they are perfect when craving something sweet but HELL NO im not eating junk.

Oh wow why did i not try these sooner!!! Kale chips…thats where its at guys

Kale

Sea Salt

Olive Oil

Cut Kale into chip seized pieces..toss with some olive oil in bowl..lay out on sheet with parchment paper (lightly salt …very sparingly because these little babies are delicate once baked and they wont need much!) Bake @300 for 15-20 min or until crispy.

Next time i go to the movies i am SO making a big batch of these to bring..its the same satisfying salty crunch as popcorn!

Dinner was Kale and Avocado salad with sprouts…roasted carrots and sweet potato..and sauteed red cabbage. I am doing 5 days of a mix of juicing during the day then some cooked veggies at night…then the remaining 10 days will be juicing only. This Kale salad was so good and the dressing was super delish. i will never buy dressing again now that I’ve made it. 

Sorry for the blur but SO GOOD. Coconut frozen yogurt with fresh berries was my snack today. I could have eaten SO much more of this!!!  Im sorry, but this always feels like a naughty food to me its so yummy!

My evening snacky snack..Natural  PB with Dark Chocolate Chips. This gets rid of my sweet tooth cravings every time GET IN MY MOUTH

Oh man i’m in trouble..

Just discovered an all natural Burrito shop 5 min from my house and they use whole grain tortillas eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it was so stinking good  it had fresh veggies and the most flavorful chicken and it was SO cheap i think i will want one for breakfast too oh i love food

 

SO excited a new farmers/produce market just opened up near my house. I already have two in town that i frequent but this one is AMAZING. They have more unique things like this DragonFruit..i am so excited because i have only had the flavor, not the fresh fruit before. Here’s to eating fresh!! xoxo

This is a little late but..tonights dinner :) This is a fav meal for me lately. Whole wheat pasta, grilled shrimp(dusted with a few spices) and roasted broccoli..all drizzled with a little Extra V. olive oil. Omg so good…im addicted to this combo

2 Whole Eggs

Use Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil for pan

Make sure the banana is mashed up really good. 

I also added a little cinnamon and Nutmeg. It reminded me of french toast! TRY IT. this recipe just changed my breakfast routine! :0
