Hi:D looooove your blog!! So, I have trouble staying away from my fizzies...*guilty* I manage to drink 8glasses of water, but now and then I need a flavor! So I looked into the nutrition values of some drinks and found that monster low-carb and coke zero have nearly no sugar/carbs/calories- Yay!! But there has to be a catch...flavourants or something... I can't find any info so I was wondering if you knew anything about them? I don't want to be drinking a million grams of sodium or wtv a day..:)

I agree with you there..i try to drink water mostly too…and my drink of choice is also Coke Zero when i really want a soda. :) Buuuuuut.. i try to limit my intake becasue it does have something like 30 or 40 mg of sodium per serving, which is not too horrible but i hate the thought of drinking sodium. The prob with that type of drink as well.. is its using artificial sweetener..and it usually will make your body crave sugar or sweet things. Some people do not have this prob…i defiantly do. When i have a coke zero..i end up craving it for a few days after. Where as when i drink just water..i don’t even care or want any soda. just a thought :)
