Train hard...Eat Clean...Sleep Enough. Those are my basics. This is a Healthy Fitspo ( I DO NOT support Thinspo or Pro- Ana) I post mainly fitness, health food and snowboarding stuff. I support EATING. Healthy food.My sports are Running, Bike,Tennis and Snowboarding. I'm looking to meet my fitness goals and work my butt off... literally. This is it.
