So i know this is pretty much my weigh fluctuating…but i weighed 126 this morning!! Never seen this number before!! I’m almost positive i will go back to 128 because this is what my body does..i go up and down, up and down a few lbs before it settles there. That’s pretty much how my entire weight loss so far has been. Agh. It will prob take another few weeks before i drop down...

Oh My...I am speechless
There is a woman on Dr. Oz who WANTS to be the fattest woman in the world..she is currently 700 lbs and her goal is to be 1800 lbs. She claims and insists that she can do it the healthy way and wants to prove “stereotypes” wrong that overweight people just sit around and eat and are unhealthy people. Ok so this is pretty exciting….finally sat down and did the math to figure out what my Macro Nutrient goals should be! (and i officially adjusted my calorie intake since my weight loss) And holy crap after i meet my Macros for each day i have 544 calories to play with after the fact! “If it fits your macros” makes so much stinking sense!!!! Looking forward to the official start...
